nice to meet you. i’m courtney hart.
I’ve been a pediatric mental health professional for 15 years, providing trauma-sensitive, neurodiversity-affirming support to young people and their families. I'm an insatiably curious, multi-passionate creative with a systems mindset and a mind that naturally finds patterns and connects concepts in ways that aren’t always obvious.
To help parents and helping professionals navigate our new era of rapid societal and technological change, I provide free, accessible resources and offer training programs and consultation on my areas of expertise including neurodiversity-affirming care, non-stereotypical presentations of ADHD and Autism, and ethical AI use. My approach is influenced by personal and professional experience including being a high-masking neurodivergent person and both studying and leading inclusive yoga and mindfulness practices for nearly a decade.
“Working with Courtney has been incredible! Her guidance and support helped me achieve personal and professional goals. Each session was inspiring, insightful, and engaging. Courtney is an excellent teacher and you see her passion in teaching through her energizing and fun classes. I highly recommend working with her.”
Sam Kelleher, Reading Specialist, Steppingstone Reading Clinic, Towson, MD
“It’s hard to summarize how much Courtney helped me and my practice. Courtney helped me get organized and stay on top of my administrative work, building efficient systems that work best for my brain. Courtney’s extensive knowledge of Google Workspace, EHRs, design and practice operations is next-level. She is collaborative, thoughtful, and knows how to offer just the right amount of support and structure while also being down to earth and easy/fun to work with.”
